ImageCVS is part of one of the oldest planned communities in the United States. It is a mature community that consists of about 800 townhouses and single family homes resting on the shores of Lake Churchill and Lake Seneca.

Churchill Village - South was built with families in mind. Walking trails and bike paths criss-cross the entire community, which is immediately adjacent to Black Hills Regional Park. In addition to the lakes, CVS offers a host of other recreation opportunities including playgrounds, tennis courts and two swimming pools.

There are two schools within the confines of Churchill Village - South, Lake Seneca Elementary School and Martin Luther King, Jr., Middle School. With Seneca Valley High School nearby, our students can literally walk to school from the first day of kindergarten until they graduate from high school.

As those homeowners who have participated in this event before know how beneficial this is to the community and most importantly to the environment. A date for this project has not yet been determined at this time. Check the web-site and look for signs throughout the community for this upcoming event.

Landscape Improvements throughout Churchill Village South:
The Board of Directors for Churchill Village South has approved several landscape improvements throughout the community. They have spent numerous hours looking at proposals and inspecting the various areas. Areas of improvement are the entrance signs to your community located on Wynnfiled Drive and Wisteria Drive, 93 newly planted trees throughout the community which will bloom color at various times of the year, the removal of 30 tree stumps throughout the community and various small erosion projects. Your Board of Directors is always looking to improve your community environmentally as well as astatically and pleasing to the eye. Enjoy the new Landscaping!

Community Pool Party Events:
Please keep an eye out on the web site as well as notices at the pools and around the community regarding the dates for the Community Pool Party Events. These parties are put on by several homeowners who volunteer many hours of their time to assure that everyone has a fun time. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends.
