Please be advised that most property improvements in CVS require prior approval by the ARC. In fact, Montgomery County will require proof of ARC approval prior to issuing a building permit for projects located in Churchill South. Application forms and detailed information about the application process are available from Vanguard Management. The ARC meets monthly in the CVS Community Center.
