Under the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions for CVS, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for administering the procedures and guidelines established by the CVS Homeowners Association to maintain the architectural integrity of the community. Please be advised that most property improvements in CVS require prior approval by the ACC. In fact, Montgomery County will likely require proof of ACC approval prior to issuing a building permit for projects located in Churchill-Village South.
